Life Tip #1: Make a Happy Playlist

We all have “blah” days. That isn’t something new! When I’m having a “blah” day or just feel like I need a little boost, I put on my happy playlist. No, not Pharrell’s song on repeat… These are songs that, no matter what I’m doing, put me in a good mood! They’ve got to be upbeat and catchy… you know the ones! I listen this playlist when I’m sitting in traffic to and from a session. Nothing like having a mini in-car-dance-party-sing-a-long with yourself! (I’ve gotten some laughs when I’ve looked to my left and seen the driver next to me laughing or pointing… haha!) You can either choose to be angry that you’re going 2mph OR jam out to some tunes for 45 minutes and just… “deal with it!” I have songs from all genres and I am constantly adding to my iTunes library…
